Koorydnator finansowania MAB FENG / MNiSW (TfE-6/2025)

Międzynarodowe Centrum Badań Oka (International Centre for Translational Eye Research) poszukuje wysoce zmotywowanego kierownika projektu, który będzie odpowiedzialny za realizację projektów MAB FENG oraz MNiSW – uzupełniającego finansowania projektu Teaming for Excellence.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Koordynacja projektu Międzynarodowe Agendy Badawcze (MAB-FENG) oraz finansowania komplementarnego z MNiSW.
  • Współpraca z instytucjami finansującymi oraz Międzynarodowym Komitetem Serującym, Zarządem i grupami badawczymi ICTER.
  • Monitorowanie realizacji projektów zgodnie z harmonogramem i budżetem.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności działań projektowych z regulacjami krajowymi i międzynarodowymi.
  • Przygotowanie raportów merytorycznych i finansowych.
  • Obsługa finansowa projektów MAB-FENG, MNiSW oraz weryfikacja wydaktów Teaming for Excellence w programie EmDesk.
  • Dokumentowanie postępów projektów oraz współpraca z działem finansowym, HR, zakupów i PR.
  • Tworzenie materiałów informacyjnych i treści na strony internetowe.
  • Współpraca z kontrolerami, audytorami oraz udział w spotkaniach networkingowych.
  • Wdrażanie narzędzi usprawniających zarządzanie projektami.
  • Pełnienie roli łącznika między agencjami finansującymi a instytucją wdrażającą.
  • Przygotowywanie i dystrybucja oficjalnej korespondencji, protokołów ze spotkań i aktualizacji dotyczących projektów.
  • Uczestniczenie, wspieranie, planowanie i wdrażanie spotkań projektowych.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: nauki ścisłe, techniczne, przyrodnicze).
  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami badawczymi B+R, w tym finansowanymi ze środków krajowych i międzynarodowych.
  • Znajomość przepisów dotyczących finansowania badań, przygotowywania raportów i budżetów projektów.
  • Silne umiejętności organizacyjne z umiejętnością wielozadaniowości i zwracania uwagi na szczegóły.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacji pisemnej i werbalnej.
  • Doświadczenie w organizowaniu spotkań i wydarzeń.
  • Ugruntowane umiejętności negocjacyjne i zarządzania konfliktami.
  • Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu współpracy między jednostkami naukowymi i partnerami zewnętrznymi.
  • Znajomość MS Office, systemów obsługi grantów oraz języka angielskiego na poziomie B2.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem, pracy pod presją czasu i organizowania pracy.
  • Znajmość Ustawy PZP.

Koordynator projektu Teaming for Excellence (MCBO-2_19/2024)

ICTER (International Centre for Translational Eye Research) seeks a highly motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for executing the complementary funding of the Teaming for Excellence project.

Key responsibilities

Project coordination and administration

  • Oversee administrative management tasks of the project
  • Ensuring compliance with EU funding regulations and project guidelines.
  • Maintaining project documentation, records, and reports.
  • Managing and maintaining project tools (EMDESK).
  • Preparation of periodic reports to the EU and consortium partners.
  • Identifying and mitigating administrative risks in project implementation.

Financial and budget management

  • Monitor budget allocation and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Scientific Community Engagement – Work closely with researchers, institutions, and funding bodies to design events that foster collaboration and knowledge exchange;
  • End-to-End Event Management – Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of the scientific events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion;
  • Program Development – Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the event agenda, coordinate speakers, and ensure engaging sessions;

Do naszego dynamicznie rozwijającego się Centrum poszukujemy Koordynatora / Koordynatorki Zespołu Badawczego – kluczowej osoby w naszej strukturze organizacyjnej, odpowiedzialnej za utrzymanie najwyższego, światowego poziomu w prowadzeniu badań naukowych.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Koordynacja pracy kierownika i członków zespołu (organizacja seminariów, spotkań roboczych, spotkań biznesowych).

Dyrektor ds. Edukacji i Translacji ICTER (MCBO-2_15/2024)

ICTER (International Centre for Translational Eye Research) is seeking a Director of Education and Translation to play a key role in integrating cutting-edge vision research with educational initiatives, while driving the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world solutions. This position is crucial for fostering collaboration between researchers, educators, and industry partners, ensuring a lasting impact on the future of eye research, healthcare advancements, and broader societal benefits. A high level of English proficiency is required, and knowledge of Polish is an advantage but not essential.

Requirements for Education and Translation Director of ICTER: 

  • Career rank: Candidates should hold the rank of PhD. A background in education; intellectual property (IP) management; or research, development, and innovation (RDI) centres is highly desirable. 
  • Experience in Translation and IP Management: Demonstrated experience in supervising the implementation of scientific translation, with a focus on bridging the gap between research and practical applications. 
  • Experience in RDI and Educational Leadership: Proven experience in leading educational programs within an RDI environment, specifically aimed at training and developing scientists and medical professionals. The candidate should have a track record of supporting young researchers through mentoring, skill development, and career advancement initiatives. 
  • Collaboration and Partnership Development: The role requires experience in building and maintaining collaborations with external stakeholders, such as educational institutions, hospitals, industry partners, medical/patients associations.

ICTER (International Centre for Translational Eye Research) is seeking an experienced and visionary Scientific Director with the academic rank of Professor or Professor Emeritus. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in managing RDI (Research, Development and Innovation) centres who is ready to shape the future of cutting-edge eye research. Familiarity with the European research landscape, including EU funding programmes, and a track record in international collaborations are desirable. A strong publication record in vision research is expected. Excellent level of English is required; a working knowledge of Polish is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

The Principal Investigator and Group Leader will have a direct impact on lab development and its success in publishing in high impact factor journals. The person will also be responsible for performing dynamic research to create a competitive research group. The positions will be assigned to the Structural Biology (ISB) Group. Research in the Integrated Structural Biology (ISB) Group aims to elucidate the mechanisms of vision, particularly involving proteins of the phototransduction pathway and the visual cycle, at an atomic and molecular level, using structural biology techniques and other complementary biophysical characterization methods.

The Principal Investigator and Group Leader will have a direct impact on lab development and its success in publishing in high impact factor journals. The person will also be responsible for performing dynamic research to create a competitive research group. The positions will be assigned to the Image-guided Devices for Ophthalmic Care (IDoc) group. Within ICTER, the IDoc Laboratory seeks to work on the development and testing of multi-beams OCT for simultaneous probing of cornea deformation induced with non-contact stimulus. The system will allow for fast screening of early-stage keratoconus.

On the other hand, the IDoc lab seeks to develop a novel platform for intraoperative ophthalmic OCT image guidance of robotic-aided treatments to fulfill unmet surgical needs in minimally invasive surgery on the eye (anterior and posterior pole). Novel IR shadowless optical sheathing for smart surgical instruments will be developed.
