Olga obtained a MSc degree in Chemistry, after completing her Ph.D. studies in physical chemistry, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Institute of Organic Chemistry PAS and in in public sector.
She is an experienced manager of the research projects. Olga support cutting-edge scientific research by helping to obtain and account for funds for innovative projects. She has built her expertise in grant managment working for more than 17 years in the grant proposal preparation and proper implementation.
Olga have strong experience in navigating the mechanisms of research funding within national and international grant agencies (e.g. Horizon Europe, MSCA, Era Net, the bilateral projects, NCN, NCBR, FNP).
Olga support ICTER scientists and research teams in the proposal preparation and proper implementation, accounting, and reporting of national and international grants.
