Marzena Łazarczyk defended her PhD thesis titled “Carbonates: Classical and Non-Classical Pathways of Nucleation and Transformation” at the Institute of Physical Chemistry PAS. Additionally, Marzena completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She gained professional experience at institutions such as the National Centre for Research and Development, the Institute of Physical Chemistry PAS, Biprokwas Kraków, Kongsberg Automotive, as well as through numerous international internships.
