Purchasing Specialist with over 20 years of experience working in logistics, finance and purchasing departments. Strengths are combining the knowledge of import-export transactions, triangular and chain transactions closely related to customs regulations, VAT Act, with the knowledge of guidelines for the moment of tax obligation and completion of documentation necessary for the application of appropriate VAT rates. Working in the purchasing department has allowed me to develop competencies in the Public Procurement Law, cost reporting in EU programmes POIR and improve skills in implementing cost eligibility guidelines in accordance with the relevant project guides.
